Bonejump Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping in bonejump.

1.We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and returns are accepted within 14 days, and exchanges can be requested within exchanges within 30 days of receipt . of delivery.

  • Please contact Customer Service team, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.Free Cancellation Within 48 Hours:
You can cancel your order within 48 hours after payment without any charges.If you cancel your order after 48 hours, we will charge a 20% fee. You will be refunded 80% of the order amount.

3.No Cancellations for Shipped Orders:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For assistance, please contact our customer support at [service@bonejump.com].

4.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

6. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will respond to your return request within 24 hours and provide return instructions. Once your refund is issued, it may take 7–10 business days to appear in your PayPal or credit card account, depending on your payment provider.Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

1.You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card)

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for items that were not purchased from Bonejump.

Order Cancellation

We offer you a full refund if your order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

We won't accept the order cancellation requests if the orders have already shipped.

Note: Please note that original shipping fees (including free-shipping promotions) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
